J.L. Mann won the last time they faced Easley and things went their way on Wednesday too. The J.L. Mann Patriots simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Easley Green Wave 65-36. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 27 points or more this season.

J.L. Mann's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Imari Richardson, who went 7 of 10 on her way to 18 points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals. Julia Shafer also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Easley's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Abbi Vite, who posted 12 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Kate Kelley, who had six points.

J.L. Mann has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Easley, they dropped their record down to 2-10 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

J.L. Mann wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 61-49 win against T.L. Hanna on the 14th. Easley has also already played their next game, a 53-31 defeat against Woodmont on the 14th.
