The Greencastle-Antrim Blue Devils will face off against the West Perry Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Greencastle-Antrim's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while West Perry has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

Kiersten Swain spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on six hits and racked up ten Ks.

Zhen Reuter was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
Meanwhile, West Perry lost 11-3 to Waynesboro on Monday. That's two games in a row now that the Mustangs have lost by exactly eight runs.
Mariah Blumenschein made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Taylor Lupfer, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

West Perry's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Greencastle-Antrim hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .373. It's a different story for West Perry, though, as they've only averaged .250. Will they be able to contain Greencastle-Antrim's hitters?
Greencastle-Antrim came out on top in a nail-biter against West Perry when the teams last played back in May of 2024, sneaking past 7-6. Will the Blue Devils repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
