The Reidsville Rams entered their tilt with the Morehead Panthers with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Reidsville took their game at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 61-10 victory over Morehead. Considering Reidsville has won five matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
AL Lee had a dynamite game for Reidsville, throwing for 295 yards and five touchdowns on only 17 passes. Lee hasn't dropped below three passing touchdowns for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Que?shyne ?flip? flippen, who picked up 119 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Reidsville's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB four times. Morehead's QB won't forget Paul Widerman anytime soon given Widerman sacked him four times.
Reidsville's victory was their 15th straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 9-1. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 32.13 points. As for Morehead, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Reidsville will be playing in front of their home fans against Madison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Madison will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 333rd, while Reidsville is ranked 68th). Morehead does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
