Meanwhile, Bryan County's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 5-0 walloping at the hands of Portal. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Bryan County in their matchups with Portal: they've now lost six in a row.
East Laurens' draw makes their record 2-0-1 this season. As for Bryan County, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
