Bishop McDevitt extended their postseason success on Saturday against Peters Township. They skirted past the Indians 31-28. Winning may never get old, but the Crusaders sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bishop McDevitt to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nazir Jones-Davis, who rushed for 118 yards and one touchdown. Ishmael Palmer also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.
Special teams also played a big role in the game for Bishop McDevitt, adding 13 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Palmer, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
