The San Antonio Christian Lions stacked a 12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand St. Joseph Academy a 5-0 shutout. The victory was familiar territory for San Antonio Christian who now have four in a row.
They hit St. Joseph Academy with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Aden Waltman (2),
Caleb Schuetze,
Paul Griffith, and
Ashton Salehi.
San Antonio Christian pushed their record up to 15-4 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those three matches. As for St. Joseph Academy, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
San Antonio Christian will stay at home for another game and welcome Saint Mary's Hall at 6:00 p.m. on February 9th. San Antonio Christian has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 27 goals over their last four matchups. St. Joseph Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
