Baseball Game Preview: Parowan Rams vs. South Sevier Rams

Parowan hasn't had much luck against South Sevier recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Parowan are taking a road trip to take on South Sevier at 3:30 p.m. Parowan is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.8 runs per game this season.

Parowan is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to ten runs on Saturday, they were much more limited against Delta on Saturday. They fell 5-2 to the Rabbits. The loss was the Rams' first of the season.

Parowan saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kash Sissener, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI. Hunter Bettridge also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Meanwhile, South Sevier wound up with the same score they had in their last game (2-1), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. The loss was their first of the season.

South Sevier's loss dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Parowan, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.

Parowan might still be hurting after the 14-3 loss they got from South Sevier when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Can Parowan avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
