Leland Vargo has brought in more RBI than anyone else on the Newton Falls team this season and he led the team again on Friday. Vargo made a splash, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. He was dominant the last time he took on East back in April of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Vargo has become a key player for Newton Falls: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 1-4 otherwise.
