Ryan Remigio Jr Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Del Norte got the W thanks in part to Ryan Remigio Jr playing the best football he has all season. Remigio Jr rushed for 229 yards and a touchdown while picking up 10.4 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

Mt. Carmel's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3. Enriquez and Mt. Carmel will face off against Fallbrook at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.

Riley Valecruz's Rushing Yards a New Career-High
Mt. Carmel came up short on Friday despite Riley Valecruz delivering his best game to date. Valecruz picked up 142 receiving yards and two touchdowns, good enough to also set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Valecruz is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Fallbrook on Friday. When Valecruz last faced the Warriors back in October of 2023, he picked up 162 receiving yards and a touchdown.
