He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack, forcing a fumble, and making seven total tackles. Isaac Noble made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Several Golden Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Zack Patterson, who rushed for 18 yards and a touchdown, and also caught a touchdown. Patterson was even better on defense, picking up two sacks and making ten total tackles.
Orcutt Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.8 points per game. As for Lone Pine, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-4.
