There's no place like home for Pima, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Lincoln Prep Lightning 61-11. The Roughriders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 contests by 22 points or more this season.
Pima's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sadie Richardson, who went 5 of 8 en route to 13 points and eight boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Kelsi Brimhall, who went 7 for 10 on her way to 17 points.
Pima was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2024.
Pima's victory bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Lincoln Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-10.
Pima wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 49-40 loss against San Carlos on the 31st. Lincoln Prep has also already played their next match, a 43-20 defeat against Glendale Prep Academy on the 30th.
