JORDYNN PARNELL put in work no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 16 batters over eight innings while giving up six earned (and three unearned) runs off nine hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one double.
