After a string of three wins, Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Iowa School for the Deaf Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Saturday.

Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Iowa School for the Deaf, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
