The Crossroad Academy Scorpions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They lost to Marianna at home by a decisive 40-26 margin.
Crossroad Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Marianna, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crossroad Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Suwannee at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th. Marianna's road trip will continue as they head out to face Mosley at 6:00 p.m. on December 12th.
