Glendale waltzed into their game on Friday with four straight wins but they left with five. They came out on top against Muir by a score of 3-1. Three seems to be a good number for Glendale as the team scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.
They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Tony Torosyan and
Hani Ahmadie, who scored.
Glendale pushed their record up to 10-1-2 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Muir, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9-2.
Glendale will head out on the road to challenge Arcadia at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Muir, they will be playing at home against Hoover at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
