Meanwhile, Hurley was the victim of a tough 50-29 defeat at the hands of Southern Missouri RUSH on Friday. Hurley has struggled against Southern Missouri RUSH recently, as their contest on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Humansville didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Hurley when the teams last played back in January of 2023, but they still walked away with a 52-46 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Hurley's Ashlee Robertson, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 13 rebounds.
