Troy entered their tilt with Atchison on Monday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Phoenix with a sharp 10-2 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 15-4 on Monday.

Troy's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.5 runs over those games. As for Atchison, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Troy will square off against Jackson Heights at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Atchison, they will take on Highland Park at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Scots have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15 runs per game on average), something the Phoenix will no doubt try to take advantage of.
