Kaiden Francis continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for South Plantation, scoring 18 points. The contest was Francis' seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Lathan Coleman, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds.
Piper's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-12. As for South Plantation, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season.
