Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Edwardsville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Yale Weaver, who threw for 371 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.6 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 65 yards and one score. The dominant performance also gave Weaver a new career-high in passer rating (138.2). Gavin Frey did his part for the team as well, scoring a TD off of 206 receiving yards.
