Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake George). They put the hurt on the Hudson Falls Tigers with a sharp 6-1 victory on Tuesday. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 3-0.

Lake George's offense was hitting Hudson Falls from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Piper Brown led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The win made it two in a row for Lake George and bumps their season record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those two contests. As for Hudson Falls, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3-1.

Coming up, Lake George will face off against Whitehall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The game will give Lake George their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Hudson Falls, they will square off against Glens Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
