Grant will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Capital Christian at 4:45 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.

Meanwhile, Capital Christian had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 12-39 punch to the gut against Cosumnes Oaks on Friday.
