After losing to Paramus Catholic the last time they met, River Dell decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Golden Hawks came out on top against the Paladins by a score of 4-1 on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Hawks.

River Dell let Nathan Silverstein and Jordan Mellaci run wild. Silverstein went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI, while Mellaci scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

River Dell's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Paramus Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. River Dell will head out to square off against Ridgefield Park at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Paramus Catholic, they will venture away from home to face off against Fort Lee at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
