Make it ten blowout wins for the Spoto Spartans this season. They took their game on the road on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 60-26 win over Middleton. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Spoto has posted since December 8, 2023.
Despite the loss, Middleton saw an underclassman step up: Ayanna Blake scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Blake is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Anaja Griffin was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Spoto has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Middleton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.
