Sydney Reeb looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Clifton got a massive performance out of Natasha Aviles, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. That double was Aviles' first of the season. Another player making a difference was Josephine Zagorski, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs and two RBI.
Clifton kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are 3-1 when they post 11 or more hits.
The victory made it two in a row for Clifton and bumps their season record up to 4-6.
