When it comes to explaining why Banff lost, one person who can't be blamed is Martin Cook. Despite the final result, he scored five points along with 12 rebounds and four blocks. Cook is crushing the rebound category: he's posted at least nine every time he's taken the court this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cornerstone Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Charlie Pote, who scored ten points along with eight steals and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Pote has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Shayne Cox, who scored 16 points along with four steals.
Banff dropped their record down to 4-15 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Cornerstone Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 5-10.
