It was a good run, but Oak Hill Academy - Red unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell 75-68 to the Winston Salem Christian Lions. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February.

Oak Hill Academy - Red's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Winston Salem Christian, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oak Hill Academy - Red will venture away from home to face off against Appalachian Christian HomeSchool at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Winston Salem Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Combine Academy Global at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Winston Salem Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Combine Academy Global likes a good challenge.
