The Grady Bronchos will face off against the Elida Tigers at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 Grady is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another  one of New Mexico's top teams: Dora, who was ranked 11th  in their home state at the time (Grady was ranked third). Grady blew past Dora 44-6 at home  on Friday. The  win was familiar territory for the Bronchos who have now won four  matchups in a row.
 Grady's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Zander Ciancio led the charge by throwing for 146 yards and three touchdowns.  Gavin West was in the mix  too, providing Grady with two touchdowns.
 Grady didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Deakin Ragland and  Trell Foote.  Andre Garcia was another major factor on D,  forcing a fumble and making 11 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
 Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better  (just ask Elida). They blew past Roy/Mosquero, posting  an  84-38 victory at home. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shutout in their previous   contest.
 Grady's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Elida, they pushed their record up to 5-2 with the  victory, which was their fourth straight  at home.
