The Adamson Leopards lost against the Kimball Knights back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Adamson was beaten by Kimball 85-13. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Adamson has scored all season.
Kimball got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaylon Dean-vines out in front who scored 16 points along with three steals. Dean-vines has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Lance Carr, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Adamson's loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 3-12. As for Kimball, their victory bumped their record up to 10-11.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Adamson will take on White at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. White presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Adamson in Texas (White is ranked 116th, while Adamson is ranked 1330th). As for Kimball, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wilson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Wilson's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four games.
