The Moorcroft Wolves's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 80-55 walloping at the hands of Lingle-Fort Laramie. Moorcroft was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-15.
Brady Cook had a dynamite game for Lingle-Fort Laramie, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Brody Roberts, who scored 16 points along with 6 assists.
Moorcroft's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lingle-Fort Laramie, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
Moorcroft will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Hulett at 5:30 p.m. As for Lingle-Fort Laramie, they will square off against Douglas at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
