If Shoals wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Loogootee, they should've done a better job of containing Jocelynn Sims. The Lions walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Jug Rox on Saturday with plenty of help from Sims, who had 13 digs and five aces. Sims is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 13 every time she's taken the court this season.

The win made it two in a row for Loogootee and bumps their season record up to 3-4. As for Shoals, with the defeat, they broke their ten-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-2.

Loogootee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Borden on the 6th. As for Shoals, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Corydon Central on the 6th.
