The Santaluces Chiefs can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They claimed a resounding 68-33 win over Sports Leadership & Management at home. Santaluces' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Decarious Jenkins was his usual excellent self, scoring 17 points along with five steals. Tremaine Hollis was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two steals.
Santaluces' win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-8. As for Sports Leadership & Management, they bumped their record down to 3-9 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.
