The Kingsland Knights stacked a fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They breezed by Glenville-Emmons on the road to the tune of 85-43. That looming 85-43 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Kingsland yet this season.
Kingsland's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sam Snitker led the charge by scoring 12 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Erdman, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds.
The win makes it two in a row for Kingsland and bumps their season record up to 12-3. As for Glenville-Emmons, they dropped their record down to 5-11 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
Kingsland will take on Lyle/Pacelli at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glenville-Emmons, they will head out on the road to face off against Schaeffer Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
