In what's become a running theme this season, Bracken Christian gave their fans yet another huge  win on Thursday. Everything went their way against the New Braunfels Christian Academy Wildcats as the Bracken Christian Warriors made off with  a  16-4 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Bracken Christian.
  Jack Burggraaf made a splash no matter where he played. He  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (he also didn't allow any  walks). Burggraaf has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in four consecutive pitching appearances. Burggraaf was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  Beau Martin was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Luke Fountain, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in two of his four plate appearances.
 Bracken Christian's win bumped their record up to 17-5-1. As for New Braunfels Christian Academy, they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-12.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bracken Christian will take on St. Paul at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Bracken Christian's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8  runs per game  this season, so St. Paul's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for New Braunfels Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against San Marcos Academy on Thursday.
