The Jeffers Jets will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against the Lake Linden-Hubbell Lakes at 7:15 p.m. on February 5th. Lake Linden-Hubbell took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Jeffers, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Jeffers got the win against the Bays by a conclusive 47-25.
Meanwhile, Lake Linden-Hubbell unfortunately witnessed the end of their 14-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 49-37 to Baraga. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Lake Linden-Hubbell has scored all season.
Jeffers' victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Lake Linden-Hubbell, their loss ended a nine-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-1.
Jeffers was taken down by the Lakes 59-32 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. Can Jeffers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
