Kansas City East Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jeremiah Nichols, who threw for 151 yards and two touchdowns. Kansas City East Christian Academy also got help from Grayson Pollock who showed off his sure hands for 105 receiving yards.
Another reason for the win was Kansas City East Christian Academy's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. In fact, those sacks all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Salvatore Donnici.

Wichita HomeSchool simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Cornerstone 36-6 at home. Considering Wichita HomeSchool has won four games by more than 29 points this season, two weeks ago's blowout was nothing new.
Their wins bumped Kansas City East Christian Academy to 5-5 and Wichita HomeSchool to 6-1.
