The Fremont Silverwolves will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Farmington Phoenix at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
On Friday, Fremont came up short against the Darts and fell 52-45. Fremont has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, Farmington faced the Warriors in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Farmington took a 55-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors on Friday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Farmington has scored all season.
Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Farmington, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season.
Fremont and the Phoenix were neck-and-neck in their previous meeting back in January, but the Silverwolves came up empty-handed after a 63-62 loss. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Farmington's Paul Beattie, who scored 23 points along with five assists. Now that Fremont knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
