Winnetonka won the last time they faced Cristo Rey Kansas City and things went their way on Saturday too. The Griffins came out on top against the Pumas by a score of 2-0.

MacKenzie Turner paced Winnetonka's offense, picking up four kills. Turner got some help from Shayla Nguyen and her 23 assists. Nguyen was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Winnetonka's victory bumped their record up to 3-0-1.

Winnetonka wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Hogan Prep Charter on the 13th. As for Cristo Rey Kansas City, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Center on the 13th.
