It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Brentwood Academy ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Father Ryan Irish 6-5. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
