Cameron hasn't had much luck against Madonna recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Dragons will be playing at home against the Blue Dons at 5:30 p.m. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.
Madonna will be up against a hot Cameron squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Dragons came out on top in a nail-biter against Catholic Central on Friday, sneaking past 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Dragons have posted since April 15th.

Zayde Long was incredible, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with six stolen bases and one run. Those six stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kason Angel, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Madonna, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Chartiers-Houston 5-4 on Friday.
Evan Kaczmarek was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Sam Brooks, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. He has become a key player for Madonna: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 6-8 otherwise.
Cameron's win bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Madonna, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. Cameron has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 6.1 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Madonna struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.9 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Cameron might still be hurting after the 10-1 loss they got from Madonna in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. Can the Dragons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
