After three games on the road, Lubbock-Cooper is heading back home. They will take on Tascosa at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lubbock-Cooper will be strutting in after a win while Tascosa will be coming in after a loss.
Last Friday, Lubbock-Cooper kept a clean sheet against Borger. They came out on top against Borger by a score of 2-0.

Diego Hernandez, who scored.
Meanwhile, Tascosa didn't get the result they wanted in their first match with Palestine on Saturday. They put up a good fight, but they still had to settle for second after a 2-1 loss on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly a single goal.
Lubbock-Cooper's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2-1. As for Tascosa, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.
Lubbock-Cooper was able to grind out a solid victory over Tascosa when the teams last played back in January of 2023, winning 2-0. Will Lubbock-Cooper repeat their success, or does Tascosa have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
