Wayne Shanks Jr. continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 83 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries, while also catching a touchdown. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 75 yards. Tanner Nyveen made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Kinkaid's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged three passes before it was all said and done. It was truly a group effort as Nyveen, Gavin Johnson, and Johnson picked up one apiece.
Second Baptist's record is now 4-0. As for Kinkaid, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.
