Perkins has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times she's played. Another player making a difference was Jackie Schlegel, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds and seven assists.
Dallas Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Vanguard College Prep, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-7.
Dallas Christian will head out on the road to take on McKinney Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing isn't great for McKinney Christian Academy: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Dallas Christian has snatched up four consecutive wins on the road. Vanguard College Prep will take on Brook Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
