The Arcadia Titans won the last time they faced the Saguaro Sabercats, and things went their way on Thursday too. Arcadia walked away with a 58-49 win over Saguaro. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Arcadia.
Arcadia's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jamison Fox, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks. Brock Knee was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Despite the loss, Saguaro still got an impressive performance from Nashoba Redhouse, who scored 15 points.
Arcadia's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Saguaro, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
Arcadia and St. Mary's will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. St. Mary's is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games. As for Saguaro, they will head out on the road to square off against Marcos de Niza at 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
