Meanwhile, Norton had already won 11 in a row and they went ahead and made it 12 on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Broncs 2-1.
Norton had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-22, 25-20.
Norton can attribute much of their success to Kcanna Keiswetter, who had 14 digs.
Colby is on a roll lately: they've won 20 of their last 22 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 32-5-2 record this season. As for Norton, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 28-4.
