Gladstone had to endure a ten-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 44-27 win over the Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts Mustangs on Friday. The Gladiators' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Gladstone's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Gladstone and Rainier will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts will take on McDaniel in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
