On Friday Livermore will have to hit the road after three straight games at home. They will venture away from home to  square off against the Dublin Gaels  at 7:15  p.m. Dublin took a loss in their last  contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Livermore, who comes in off a win.
 Livermore's defense heads into the  match  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  last Friday. They breezed by Dougherty Valley at home  to the tune of  40-0. The Cowboys' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
 Livermore's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Matteo Lortie led the charge by throwing for 191 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also punching in a rushing score.  Kamarri Robinson helped  Lortie out on the ground, rushing for 129 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.

 Meanwhile,  a  victory for Dublin just wasn't in the cards  on Friday as the  team wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They had to suffer through a   46-14 loss at the hands of Granada. The  defeat   continues a  trend for the Gaels in their matchups with the Matadors: they've now lost three in a row.
 Livermore now  has a winning record of 4-3. As for Dublin, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
 Livermore beat Dublin 45-34  when the teams last played  back in October of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Livermore since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
