First Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Carolina Boque led the charge by scoring eight points along with six steals. Another player making a difference was Molly Beliveau, who scored seven points along with 11 rebounds and three steals.
First Academy now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Taylor, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

As for Taylor, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Redeemer Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
