The Sterling Silver Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Clearview Pioneers at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Sterling has struggled recently with four losses in a row, while Clearview will arrive with three straight wins.
Last Friday, Sterling was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 53-49 to Gloucester City.
Meanwhile, Clearview strolled past Pennsville Memorial with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 56-39. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Clearview has managed all season.
Sterling's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Clearview, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
Sterling was able to grind out a solid victory over Clearview in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, winning 72-62. Will Sterling repeat their success, or does Clearview have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
