Spanish Springs has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  challenge the Damonte Ranch Mustangs at 5:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. Spanish Springs has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
 Spanish Springs scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Friday. They claimed a resounding  71-40 victory over Reed at home. Spanish Springs has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six  matches by 25  points or more this season.
  Layni Noonkester was  her usual excellent self,  scoring 21 points along with two  steals. Another player making a difference was  Aaliyah Vance, who  scored 13 points along with two  steals.
 Damonte Ranch posted their biggest  victory since November 25, 2023 on Friday. They were the clear victor by a  66-43 margin over Galena.
 Spanish Springs' victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Damonte Ranch, their win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 7-9.
 Spanish Springs strolled past Damonte Ranch in their previous meeting  back in November of 2023 by a score of  48-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for Spanish Springs since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
