After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Enumclaw, Decatur was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Federal Way Eagles with a sharp 15-4 win. Decatur got a massive performance out of Jordyn Davis-Thompson, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two doubles, and one run. Those four RBI gave Davis-Thompson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Audrey Deviney, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.
Decatur always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
